UPACARA MEMPERINGATI HUT RI 78

            Setiap tanggal 17 Agustus, warga Indonesia merayakan dan mensyukuri peringatan kemerdekaan bangsa Indonesia dengan melakukan upacara bendera. Termasuk di SMK Budi Utomo Kertosono pada hari Rabu, 17 Agustus 2023 tahun ini juga mengadakan upacara bendera yang diikuti 50 guru dan karyawan SMK Budi Utomo Kertosono, serta pembimbing dan guru Pondok Pesantren Al Ubaidah 2 Kertosono. Sedangkan peserta didik yang mengikuti upacara itu sejumlah 460.

            Upacara bendera yang berlangsung di Lapangan SMK Budi Utomo Kertosono kali berjalan sangat khitmad. Bertindak sebagai Pembina upacara kepala SMK Budi Utomo kertosono, yaitu Didik Suprapto. Kepala sekolah yang sudah S2 berpesan agar seluruh warga yang ada di lingkungan  SMK Budi Utomo Kertosono dan Pondok Pesantren Al Ubaidah 2 Kertosono memiliki 29 karakter sebagai bekal untuk mengisi kemerdekaan. Karakter- karakter itu misalnya: jujur, amanat,rukun, kompak, kerja sama yang baik dan tidak boros.

            Setelah acara dalam memperingati 17 Agustus dilanjutkan dengan pembagian berbagai hadiah lomba PHBN. Lomba- lomba meliputi: lomba teklek, estafet sarung, volley ball putra, bulu tangkis putri, dan estafet air. Serta estafet karet. Semoga kegiatan PHBN yang diadakan di SMK Budi Utomo Kertosono kali ini bisa menambah rasa persatuan dan rasa gotong royong di negeri tercinta. Aamiin.
